HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Within the UK:
Standard shipping (Royal Mail) £4 second class postage. If you spend over £50 then its free shipping (2nd class tracked).
Our website does not accept international shipping, however if you wish to purchase an item/s and ship abroad then please do contact us. We do not cover customs and taxes. Email: email@example.com or instagram: @magsandmoovintage
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
We aim to post orders within 3-5 working days of the order being placed.
Unfortunately we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in the post. If you do think an item has been lost in the post please contact us.
CAN I RETURN MY ITEM FOR A REFUND?
We accept all refunds and returns within a 14 day period of purchase of your item. We only accept returns if an item is not as described, we always try our best to list any flaws the garment may have, we list with full measurements – so cannot accept a return if the item does not fit. Please check all measurements carefully.
If a returned item appears to have been worn (more than what was detailed in the listing) or damaged unfortunately we will not be able to issue a refund.
Please note that postage costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for posting the item back to us, the postage will be a cost to yourselves. We recommend using a tracked service to guarantee that we receive the item.
Please contact us to request a return, along with a picture of the item and reason for wanting to return.
Once returns have been received and checked by us we will issue a refund within 5-7 days via the original payment method.
DO YOU STORE MY DATA?
We use reputable credit card/debit card portals and PayPal – your card details will be used in the transaction. Mags and Moo Vintage will not hold any card/payment details for you. Mags and Moo Vintage will have access to the information you provide at check-out, but will never be passed on to third parties or used in marketing unless you sign up for the mailing list.
